Convexity at the press
This working is made with portal oil-pressure press with one central cylinder, equipped with semi-automatic manipulator with possibility of automatism for the movement of the disc.
On the central part male and female moulds are put, made of special material treated on the surface; carefully chosen as a function of the convexity ray required.
On the female mould are inserted some shims that are removed when the disc takes shape of cap and we arrive to the shape required. The shims have the aim to create a stretching of the material with consequent thinning and/or breaking.
The check of the shape reached is made through template previously constructed as requested on working bill.
